I've read the instructions 
associated with this plugin and following previous forum entries, so I can't only assume that my question is really stupid. But...how do you "import Headline DB from the Administration ->Import menu item" ? I don't see any db files, in the import directory there are the various RSS feeds like newisfree.imp. If these are the files to be imported can anyone tell me how to do this?
I'm running win2k server.
