Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'isdpad9_root@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/isdpad9/public_html/system/databases/mysql.class.php on line 112
Cannnot connect to DB server

I know the forums are flooded with this question but I've checked everything mentioned.

I have triple checked config.php paths and database info and recreated database and database user has ALL privileges.

Mysql 4.0.22 User has Lock Privilege.

Read the FAQ Access denied for user (MySQL)
