Can this be done?

I have a script that puts an Google Adsens ad in your phpbb forum, and rotates members ID's in the ad. Would there be a way to impliment this into geeklog? The primary file to edit in phpBB is the page_header.php. Does geeklog have a file that works like page_header, that putting a code in it would show on all pages? Hope I'm making myself clear.
