Is there a block where people can send me comments, they wtite comments in the field and then it is send to me directlyon my email

Use the contact form ("Send Email" from your profile).

As Dirk pointed out above, there is a "send mail" link in your profile for visitors to click on..
hard code it into your navbar or whatever...
yours is: "send mail to garfy"

There's a suggestion block but I don't believe it works well with recent versions of Geeklog.
