Error with Professional and News plug-in

When I enable the news plug-in using the Professional Theme, I get this error message at the top of the page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/powellri/public_html/cdpr/news/display_news.php:295) in /home/powellri/public_html/cdpr/lib-common.php(940) : eval()'d code on line 1
I am using GL 1.3.11, no problem with all the other plug-ins, any thought?
