can i upgrade without a problem with these plugins? where is an upgrade file or is there a full only?

The rule of thumb is: If the plugin doesn't require any changes in Geeklog's core files, than it should work just fine with any version of Geeklog (starting with the version that the plugin lists as the minimum requirement, of course).
Static Pages will be updated when you update Geeklog, btw. And the Gallery integration isn't a proper plugin, but the current Gallery works just fine with Geeklog 1.3.10 and 1.3.11.
bye, Dirk

We only provide update archives for minor updates (e.g. from 1.3.9sr1 to 1.3.9sr2). So you'll have to use the full version.
Btw, Geeklog 1.3.11 is just around the corner, so you may want to wait another couple of days ...
bye, Dirk
