Story Code Help

When you go to post a story, there is a list box (Post Mode) to select whether you want the mode to be Plain Old Text or HTML Formatted. By default, it is Plain Text.

Can someone please tell me how can I change it so that by default it will be HTML Formatted.

this is on line 403 of my 1.3.10 config.php file:
Text Formatted Code
$_CONF['postmode']      = 'plaintext';  // can be 'plaintext' or 'html'


 
just need to change the value to html.
