Changing part of the recent_post_anchortag tag

In {recent_post_anchortag} the whole sentence:
'Most Recent Post: 11/15 06:24PM by Admin'
How can i change this to for instance 'LAst Post: 11/15 06:24PM by Admin'

search for "most recent post" in your language file, english.php. you can make the change there.
