Changing Theme Colors?

I want to change the colors for the Clean theme and I don't know how. What do I do?

Bump? After one hour? Aren't we a tad impatient? 
Start with the stylesheet (style.css). Also check the usual files (header.thtml, blockheader / footer, etc.) for hard-coded colors. And IIRC, the black lines are stretched 1x1 pixel GIF images.
