I'm trying my very first editing of a theme starting from the default "professional" relased wit 1.3.10 GL distribution.

My first (of many?) question is: how/where I add a border to left and right blocks? The only thing I found to edit, in the style.css file, is a block divider but it doesn't seem the thing I'm looking for.

Sorry if this is not the place to discuss theme development (suggest me where, just in case).
