error after upgrade - mode and topic choices not displaying

since upgrading from 1.3.9 to 1.3.10 the drop-down boxes on post/edit screens for topic and mode selctions no longer contain any text.

I suspect we missed out a file, but anyone suggest where to look?

Can you verify the problem still occurs when using the default 1.3.10 theme "professional"

yeah, had same problem using the pro theme

have restored the most recent account backup for now, cos it was drivign me nuts, but curious at to which file may have been missing for us to have had that problem.

we'd used the phplinks hack and were trying to keep the changes made when we installed that whilst updating the files changed in the latest GL release - may hold off the upgrade fro now until there's an idiot's guide to combining phplinks into 1.3.10 Smile
