I really like the clean theme, but when I use it it repeats the forums and download links on my site. Can anyone help me out or at least point me in the right direction to correct this little problem? Thanks

Ok problem solved I removed
Text Formatted Code
{plg_menu_elements}
 
from the header.thtml file in the clean theme folder.

I'm glad you posted this, I just upgraded to 1.3.11 and use a modified clean theme. That double link was driving me nuts.
