Delete Static page

So i was goofing around trying an expeirment, and now I have a static page that I cannot edit. when click it goes directly to the link ( ithink i set it as a blank page..)

how do I kill it?

Clicking the storytitle brings you to the page, but clicking at the number left of the title brings you to the edit page. (normally)
