RSS file is ingoring config.php

My site's RSS file has two problems: the <description>s for each story are missing even though rdf_storytext = 1, and it always includes 10 items, even though rdf_limit = 15. The RSS file is being generated when needed, but doesn't seem to be following the rules set in config.php.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Starting with 1.3.9, the config.php only contains the default settings for the feeds. The actual feeds are now configured from the "Content Syndication" entry in your Admin block.
