Hello Everyone,
Below is the latest SQL error encountered from my geeklog powered web hosting website.

Thu Nov 11 10:52:27 2004 - 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '))) AND (date <= NOW()) AND (draft_flag = 0) AND (tid IN ('SerV. SQL in question: SELECT COUNT(*) AS count FROM 3in1_stories WHERE (date >= (date_sub(NOW(), INTERVAL  SECOND))) AND (date <= NOW()) AND (draft_flag = 0) AND (tid IN ('SerV'))
 


Can someone please help, as this is a matter of urgency.

Check your config.php value for CONF['newstoriesinterval'], it appears to be blank.

Hi Tomw,

I have just checked the config.php and it's alright.
I even deleted my config.php file and reuploaded it.
Still wouldn't work.
the same error message still displaying...

The newstoriesinterval is what is missing.

What do you have for the new stories interval?

How about something directly above you have changed and left off a quote mark?

Well,

I'd not been able to solve this problem, it's unfortunate this has to happen. I have to re install the site.
I discovered that the site is actually working it is only the homepage that wouldn't work...
