Table doesn't exist

I am doing a new install and I am not having success.

When I run the check.php "I get An SQL error has occured. Please see error.log for details."

In the log it shows "Table 'smeadblog.gl_sessions' doesn't exist" I am running it on a Win2003 server and IIS 6.0

After doing some t'shooting I realized that none of my tables exist in the database. When I run the install.php, which prompts me for my config.php, but doesn't do anything it loops right back to the main install.php page.

My config.php config looks fine.
