Just an idea that I've had. Anyway someone could write a stand alone client (java) that could connect to the database and add stories so that users don't have to be on the website?
It could have the basic layout of the story add page. Only reason I ask this is my place of employment restricts access to my actual site, but I can reach the database with no problems. That and sometimes I just hate dealing with multiple IE windows or mozilla tabs.
