I've editted the config.php file in the section that lists where you can enable notification for story, event, and links. This doesn't seem to be working. I have the mail setting to php and have been successfully sending emails to users. Therefore, it doesn't seem to be a email sending problem.

Oh, another one (finally ) same problem here, mail to user works, digests work too but no notifications.
