Block and index issue after update to 2.3.1

I am using GL 1.3.9sr1 and I recently upgraded from Forums 2.3 to 2.3.1. I have a problem on my New Forum Posts Block at www.bigwrestlefan.com. I replied to a user on the forums and now in the New Forum Posts Block it says both the original and reply are from the same person, even though in the message inside the forums it's listed correctly.
Also, at http://www.bigwrestlefan.com/forum/ it doesn't show the name of the user who made the last post. The upgrade went fine, and I don't remember if the problem existed prior, as the site is VERY new. Thanks for any help in advance.

I think this is a known bug. Search Blaine's site, it was covered there.
