Hi I tried to do a simple site name change through the config.php file and I got this error at the top of the page:

I have no idea what this means so any help would be great. I used scripta to install Gekklog and I noticed that for some files and folders it dosn't set the correct permissions so it can't right to files, maybe this could be the problem?

Ok I foind out what was wonrg, you need to download comfig.php first, edit it then upload it. I was editing it through cpanel which I remember messes some files up.

You can edit the files in CPanel, all you have to do when you are ready is to remove all blank lines at the end of the file (whitespaces).

It will work.
