upgrade from GL 1.3.8-1sr3 to the last GL 1.3.9sr1

Finally I have time to upgrade from GL 1.3.8-1sr3 to the last GL 1.3.9sr1

1) Is the language files are changed?
2) Are the templates are changed or I can use my current one?

It’s too much for me (:
I prefer to change the new temples then to try to find out what is really changed.

Regarding the language I suppose that there is no change as I didn’t see any reference regard this

As far as I'm concerned there were a few changes/additions.

Updated Hebrew language file, provided by Tal Vizel (please note that this file was made for 1.3.8-1 and is missing a few of the texts added in 1.3.9).
