Template Error: Please Help!

I am getting the error message:

Template Error: set_root: /home/tj7337/GL/home/tj7337/public_html/layout/XSilver is not a directory.
Halted.


It appears that it is putting my 'config.php' directory before the directory it needs to go to, but I do not know how, nor where to fix it.

Please help, TJ.
