How can i change these words?

On the menu of my website, the bar on top right below the logo id like to change the name of links and add some. How can i go along doing this? It isnt in blocks.

the links im talking about are "contribute, web resources, etc."

The actual words are in the language file, /path/to/geeklog/language/english.php
