I am up to the point where I login, then go to the install.php, but when I pull up the page I get the below error what should I do?

looks like a path error
/home/powerlin/public_html/test//chatterblock/cache/cb_config.php

has one to many / in it (test//chatte...)

This is what I was thinking, but where do I got to delete the extra /?
