bug in plugin list in admin area

I've noticed that in the Admin area for plugins, when you edit a given plugin the edit link is always pointing to the wrong plugin.. it can differ which plugin that is when you begin to enable or disable plugings randomly, but the link itself shows the plugin name, like ..../admin/plugins.php?mode=edit&pi_name=ban
(only with CVS!)
the error is in lib-plugins.php.. the latest official version of that file works (1.3.9sr1)

Hmm, I've seen this but can't remember what I did to make it go away ...

It does work for me with the current lib-plugins.php from CVS.
