Can't Edit or add new users to my new Geeksite..

Okay guys below is the error that I am getting. every time I try to edit the geeklog site and every time I add a new user it does this. please help, I can log in just fine. but I am new to PHP and MySQL.

Warning: com_isemail(Mail/RFC822.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/virtual/site14/fst/var/www/html/geeklog/lib-common.php on line 3166

Fatal error: com_isemail(): Failed opening required 'Mail/RFC822.php' (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php') in /home/virtual/site14/fst/var/www/html/geeklog/lib-common.php on line 3166

Any help someone could provide would be great. Thanks.

Which version of PHP? What's your setting for $_CONF['have_pear'] and have you tried "true" instead of "false" (or vice-versa)?
