Found solution to "register_globals = off"

If your host has "register_globals" disabled and you can't make them change it, you can always put this line at the very start of lib-common.php
import_request_variables("GPC");
And everything will work just fine
I haven't tested it thoroughly but it seems to work. If there is any security issue about this, make me know it since it's not advised to use it in the PHP manual.
