Why not Geeklog Shopping Cart?

How come no one has worked on a geeklog shopping cart? I think it would help bring in even more users and could be a better solution than an integrated one? Is any one working on one?

There's an OS-Commerce plugin available here
Don't know if somebody of the GL community has tried it yet.
