So I'm getting my site the way I want it and I'm not spending as much time doing Admin as I was yesterday. So I'm thinking I'd like to set up an Admin page where I'll put some useful summarizing blocks in the center and have the full-blown Admin menu in the left column.

Sneaky me goes ahead and sets up a StaticPage to have what I want. I create a Topic for Admin so that I can post notes to myself (and maybe other admins if I ever add any) about what I'm doing to the site.Then I go to move the Admin block to only appear on this Admin topic page. But I can't edit the Topic assignment of the Admin page. Doh! It appears that all the default, core block Topics are uneditable. Is this right? Have I missed a barge somewhere?
