Large amount of hits on /submit.php page
Hi,
Running smoothly! all is well! except that I've got more hits on my /submit.php then on my root page... This worries me, could my server be used in cross-site scripting badies?
I'm talking about 1/3 more traffic!
please advise, running 1.3.9 (http://www.zokahn.com/)
because of the worries i've disabled submitting for anonymous users for now, it was not used, might wanted to use it in the future...

How exactly did you notice the traffic to submit.php? If you have access to your server's logfiles, could you not find out where they came from?
I've noticed that, for example, Googlebot (and other search engine robots) hit that page frequently - probably because it's one of the first links on the site. Of course, there's no harm from this.
bye, Dirk
