Getting Blocks on Story pages

How does one go about getting blocks to appear on the story pages. The page you get after clicking "read more".
Example:

How can we add regular blocks from say the main page to the right of the above page. Thanks.

In the file /article.php you will find near the end some code that looks like this:
$display .= COM_siteFooter ();
Change this to:
$display .= COM_siteFooter (true);
and your stories will have right side blocks starting below the story blocks (what's related, etc.).
