After updating my geeklog site version 1.3.8 to 1.3.9, the url of the complete article is in old format, and not with URL rewriting.

where I have mistaken?

So did you activate the URL rewriting in config.php?

$_CONF['url_rewrite'] = true; // false = off, true = on
