Change the length of the event input box

I want to change the calendar event input address from American to Canadian. Which files do I change to increase the length of the input box? I have changed the database variance and the config.php file already.

In submit/submitevent.thtml for the event editor for normal users and in admin/event/eventeditor.thtml for the admin's event editor.
