plugin problem

in my plug-in list if I click in [ New Plug-in ] it give me this message: "no plugin name provided to plugineditor()"

the [ New Plug-in ] URL is : http://ancona5.org/portale/admin/plugins.php?mode=edit
it is right?

There is no "[ New Plug-in ]" link in the list of plugins. New plugins will appear in a second block below the list of currently installed plugins.

Which theme are you using?

I have modified the pluginlist.thtml addding this row:

<a href="{site_admin_url}/plugins.php?mode=edit">{lang_newplugin}</a>

but it seems that I have mistaken Oops!
