install problem

I get this message when I run the install.php
Someone said it may be a rights issue. I have a survey package installed also (phpESP).
Any Ideas???

Did you really put some of Geeklog's files under /opt/utilities? If so, it seems you aren't allowed to have files there (because of the open basedir restrictions).
If your files are not there, then your path settings are not correct.
