Cookies not working when window exited

Ok i searched the forum but couldnt find anything to do with my cookie problem ok when i login close the window and open a new window and return to the website i am logged out
how can i fix this?

I have seen this when your geeklog install is not the root of your webserver and your root also uses cookies. You then have a cookie naming conflict. Solution.


1) move the geeklog install into the root


2) play with the names of your cookies
