Do you really think that this is the right way of asking a question? At least I suppose you are asking one.
I assume you want to know what causes this error.
Failed opening required '/home/OTROS/git/geeklog-1.3.8-lsr3/config.php'
means: it can't open the file config.php
in /home/OTROS/git/geeklog-1.3.8-1sr3/public_html/lib-common.php on line 69 wich is called from lib-common.php on line 69
arround line 69 in lib-common.php you find:
require_once( '/path/to/geeklog/config.php' );
so the Sherlock Holmes part in me thinks, the path to your config.php in your lib-common.php is wrong.
btw. as long as you don't want to setup multiple instances from different versions of geeklog, I wouldn't use the version number (geeklog-1.3.8-1sr3) in a folder name.
