Mail Server

I have a problem setting up the mail server I've tried everything. I installed ArgoSoft Mail Server and set my dns servers as my ip and 127.0.0.1 (localhost) and I set the smtp server and send_from in php.ini as my ip also. I dont understand why it doesn't work??

Also user.php doesn't refresh it self after I try to test the settings Frown Any help is appreciated thanks.
