Hello all,

I do not know if this belongs here, but each time I googled my site, it comes back with:

Sorry, no information is available for the URL feyiola.com

If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link: feyiola.com
Find web pages that contain the term "feyiola.com"

Is there something specipic that I need to do in other to facilitate google search to find my site?

http://www.feyiola.com

Thanks in advance

Ola

Well, the usual stuff: Have links pointing to your site (very important for Google), have some interesting content on your site so that people are coming back to it and are more likely to link to it ...

If you have access to your webserver's logfiles, you could check to see if GoogleBot, Google's indexing robot, has even visited your site yet.

bye, Dirk

Take a look at Google's Information for Webmasters and Submitting your site.

Make sure you have a robots.txt file at the root level of your site and use those meta tags on your header.thtml file. Also try a search for Free Search Engine, use a yahoo through away address to fill out the submision forms or end up getting a lot of SPAM. Good luck.

Please Dirk, I do not understand this suggestion. Where do I create the links pointing to my site?

Thanks

You need to force other people to link to you page. (essentially by providing good content)

Good solution for links is to have your own mini network composed by at least 3, 4 different websites on different domains, all linking to each other.

Good title keywords, and description keywords that match the pages content.

Hope it helps.

This is a standard IE/MSN error page and is not displayed by google at all, ever.

Google displays this:
Your search - xnalk - did not match any documents.
No pages were found containing "xnalk".

Suggestions:
- Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
- Try different keywords.
- Try more general keywords.

If you enter a phrase that doesn't match any results.

It looks to me like you made a typo entering "http://www.google.com" and IE spit that page out at you.

Did you really search for something using google?

Perhaps you need to try again, because as TechSys points out, your site indexes fine on google for everyone else.
