How do u add an url up topZ? like on geeklog.net u see where it vance search, Contact, Support Themes Downloads Forum how do u add that? also how do u add links in the Resource place

The Resources block is just a "normal" block with some HTML links in it. And the links at the top are added by plugins (static pages and the forum).

yeah but how do u add an link there sopose i want to add an invision board forum. but i ant to put an link there where do i go to add one.

As I said, it's simply HTML. You know how to make a link in HTML? Then simply create a new "normal" block and enter that link as the content.
