Hi

I see on mBlog (movabletype) you can SMS or Email a story to your site - can this be done on my geeklog?

If so, how?

Tony wrote something like this (for emails) a while ago. It's in CVS and if you should be able to find a few references to it in the forums or on the mailing lists.

Thanks. I've found the folder - how do I download and install it? Does it work in the current geeklog, or will it only work in Gl 2?

Thanks

Follow the instructions on our CVS page, replacing "geeklog-1.3" with "email_connector".

And yes, it works with the current version of Geeklog.

Hi, I found a downloaded it all - however, the installation instructions make no sense to me at all. I'm not sure what to do at all.

I appreciate your help with this.

Well, I guess it does require a bit of knowledge to set up. Do you even meet the requirements?

Also, the person to contact for help with this is Tony, since he wrote it ...

I'm sure you have read this. What exactly doesn't make sense?
The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.
