I still can't edit or post stories!

I attempted to upgrade from 1.3.6 to 1.3.8 at the same time as I moved my site to a different server. Now, I can't post or edit stories. I double-checked the three entries in the FAQ: registeR_globals and file_uploads are on, and I removed the multipart/form-data entry from storyeditor.thtml, but still nothing. There's nothing in the logs that is helping me out.

Any ideas?
