Filemgmt Uploaded only one file...

Hello all,
I have installed the File management plugin, I was also able to upload one file (PHPMyAdmin) 1.74MB www.feyiola.com/filemgmt/. However when I tried uploading another file, I keep getting error code 1106 and it told me to check the error log. Below is what I found in the error log.
[client 172.16.16.20] PHP Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move 'C:WINNTTEMPphp20E.tmp' to 'E:/Apache/Apache2/htdocs/public_html/filemgmt_data/files/C:/The Deal/buttons.zip' in E:ApacheApache2htdocspublic_htmladminpluginsfilemgmtindex.php on line 776, referer: http://www.feyiola.com/admin/plugins/filemgmt/index.php?op=newfileConfigAdmin
Does anyone understand the above and what I need to do to correct this problem.
