Is there a simple way to add a field on the newuser form to include a required keyword? I have a subscriber side of my site for a Bible study program. Paid subscribers can be given a static keyword in the subscription process. I would like to require the keyword on the new member page to be sure they have subscribed. This would give a new member instant access (after replying to newuser e-mail of course).

I would not mind hard-coding the keyword. I would need to change it about once a month.

One extra request: it would help to have the most recent keyword and the newest one available to the newuser form in case I change it between subscription and new user sign up.

Thanks!!

Geeklog has an API for for a custom registration form, i.e. you can extend the standard form that is used when user are registering with the site.

An example is included with Geeklog, although it's a bit complex ...

bye, Dirk
