Quick Verification Question on 1.3.8-1sr4 Upgrade

If I am already at 1.3.8-1sr3, and I download the update to 1.3.8-1sr4, do I simply upload all the php code and change my config.php to the new version to reflect 1.3.8-1sr4, or after I upload all of the php do I need to run an upgrade script?

Just upload the files.
Upate scripts are for a new version when the database changes.
