Menu plugin problem

I am running the menu plugin and notice a mysterious line and link that doesn't exsist when I go to menu admin. Has anyone else experienced this and do you know how to remove it?

There is one link added by it.

Ok I have several different installations of GL on the same server all running the Menu Plugin. It was one installation that had a line and a link to Geeklog. I figure I'm not real sure what happened. I figured it must be in the database and low and behold there it was. Anyway I removed the entry using phpmyadmin. Now all is fine.
