tom`s menu-plugin

hi there,
the installation of tom`s menu-plugin was quite easy, the cofiguration too, but the way that it functions is a bit fuzzy..
most of the time i load my geeklog-site the my menu is off, although it`s activated and i´t`s order in the blocks-menu is also set up properly.
maybe this problem was experienced by other users, and does anyone have some advice on this topic?
