Same message on 2 servers (Mandrake 9.2 & Debian Woody), Apache+PHP4+MySQL, with geeklog-1.3.8-1sr3.

What are you trying to do? The Portal blocks are for use with RSS / RDF feeds, not for normal web pages ...
