The content of staticpages is stored in the geeklog database. There is no actual 'file' representing a specifc staticpage. As a result, you cannot use a remote file as a staticpage. Instead, check out the externalpages plugin, which may or may not work for you, or, you may have to put the page in an iframe *shudder*
