geting "No input file specified." when installing

hello, could someone please help me
im trying to intall geeklog 1.3.8, followed all the steps when i try to open the intall.php file it gives me
No input file specified.
tryed everything but no luck
im usig Server 2003 IIS

That's not a message that's coming from Geeklog.

I'd assume that's an error produced by IIS. Make sure you've typed the URL to the install script correctly.
